Absolutely fantastic food here tonight at our local. I'm vegetarian and the pizza was just PERFECTION and the kids... meals generous and the ripples burger was well enjoyed by hubby and grandad, not to mention the best table in the house to watch the Blues. Decent food but disappointingly tiny portions, and only hoki and gurnard available. My portion of gurnard was 7 dollars... takeaway and it was literally 4 or 5 bites. Chips were ok but massively oversalted and pretty small portion for 5 dollars chips. Fish burger was ok, good pineapple fritter. Bit disappointing. Seems like there isn't a really good chippy in Gulf Harbour - Drunken Crayfish has new owners since late 2019 and the standards are way down, Manly Takeaways is a joke. read more Robin Nowlan 03:26 31 Dec 19
